Yet Another Housing Price Gotcha!

More data this week showing property prices continue to fall, driven my multiple drivers, from interest rates, poor wages growth, high inflation changes to Government tax law, and reduced mortgage lending. Every part of the country is impacted. The latest clearance rates confirms the falls too, as transaction volumes remain in glacial territory.
