Its Edwin's Monday Evening Property Rant!

This is our last formal Rant of the year, so Edwin and I go to town on some of the property predictions for 2026 and consider some of the sleeping issues which will bite ahead. Meantime, the listings are dropping, as expected, though the property media seem fixated on the “record prices” of some homes.
