This is our weekly market update, where we start in the US, cross to Europe and Asia and end in Australia, covering commodities and crypto along the way. As expected, it was another volatile week, as global shares dipped on Friday after U.S. and Iranian negotiators called off peace talks. This came after the U.S. and Iran signed a 14-point memorandum of understanding to end hostilities and reopen the Strait of Hormuz.
