Confirmation Australia’s Housing Market Is Turning… But…

We had further confirmation today that the Australian housing market tide is turning, at least in terms of further price rises, but overall housing affordability remains at painful extremes, both for mortgage holders who in some cases are throwing more than half their disposable income at repayment, while renters are even more exposed.
